欢迎使用点滴云笔记（DailyDrops）。使用本应用即表示您同意遵守本服务协议的所有条款和条件。如果您不同意本协议的任何条款，请不要使用本应用。

2. 服务描述

点滴云笔记是一款笔记应用，为用户提供创建、编辑、组织和同步笔记的服务。我们提供免费版本和付费订阅版本，付费版本提供额外的存储空间和高级功能。

3. 用户账户

• 您需要创建一个账户才能使用云同步功能
• 您有责任维护账户安全并对账户下的所有活动负责
• 您必须提供准确、完整的注册信息
• 禁止与他人共享账户
• 如发现账户被未经授权使用，请立即通知我们

4. 用户内容

• 您对创建、上传和分享的所有内容保留完全所有权
• 您负责确保内容不侵犯他人的权利
• 我们不会主动审查用户内容，但保留在必要时删除违规内容的权利
• 我们使用行业标准的加密技术保护您的数据

5. 禁止行为

使用本应用时，您不得：
• 上传非法、有害、威胁、辱骂、骚扰、诽谤、粗俗、淫秽或其他不当内容
• 侵犯他人的知识产权或其他权利
• 传播病毒、恶意代码或其他有害技术
• 试图未经授权访问系统或其他用户数据
• 干扰或破坏服务的正常运行
• 使用自动化工具滥用服务

6. 订阅服务

• 付费订阅通过你的应用商店账户购买和管理
• 订阅会自动续订，除非在当前订阅期结束前至少24小时取消
• 费用将在当前订阅期结束前24小时内从您的账户扣除
• 您可以随时在应用商店账户设置中管理或取消订阅
• 取消后，订阅将在当前计费周期结束时到期
• 不对未使用的订阅期进行按比例退款

7. 知识产权

本应用及其所有内容、功能和材料（不包括用户内容）的所有权利、所有权和权益均属于我们或我们的许可方。未经明确授权，您不得复制、修改、分发或以其他方式使用这些材料。

8. 免责声明

• 本应用按"现状"和"可用"基础提供
• 我们不保证服务不会中断或无错误
• 我们不对因使用或无法使用服务而导致的任何损失负责
• 您应定期备份重要数据

9. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们及其关联方、董事、员工和代理人不对任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任，包括但不限于利润损失、数据丢失或业务中断。

10. 服务终止

• 您可以随时删除账户终止服务
• 我们保留在违反本协议时暂停或终止您账户的权利
• 终止后，您的数据将按隐私政策处理
• 某些条款在终止后仍然有效

11. 协议变更

我们可能会不时修改本协议。重大变更将通过应用内通知或电子邮件通知您。继续使用服务即表示您接受修改后的协议。

12. 适用法律

本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖。任何争议应首先通过友好协商解决。

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to DailyDrops. By using this application, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions of this Service Agreement. If you do not agree with any terms of this agreement, please do not use this application.

2. Service Description

DailyDrops is a note-taking application that provides users with services to create, edit, organize, and sync notes. We offer both free and paid subscription versions, with the paid version providing additional storage space and premium features.

3. User Account

• You need to create an account to use cloud sync features
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• Sharing accounts with others is prohibited
• Please notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

• You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, and share
• You are responsible for ensuring content does not infringe on others' rights
• We do not proactively review user content but reserve the right to remove violating content when necessary
• We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using this application, you must not:
• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Infringe on others' intellectual property or other rights
• Distribute viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technology
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service
• Use automated tools to abuse the service

6. Subscription Services

• Paid subscriptions are purchased and managed through your app marketplace account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
• Charges will be applied to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings at any time
• After cancellation, the subscription will expire at the end of the current billing cycle
• No prorated refunds for unused subscription periods

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, ownership, and interests in this application and all its content, features, and materials (excluding user content) belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use these materials without explicit authorization.

8. Disclaimer

• This application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from use or inability to use the service
• You should regularly backup important data

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Service Termination

• You may terminate the service at any time by deleting your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account upon violation of this agreement
• After termination, your data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy
• Certain terms remain effective after termination

11. Changes to Agreement

We may modify this agreement from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the modified agreement.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
